Nathan Skankey

Managing Partner

Nathan Skankey leads Key Street Capital's investor relations, accounting, and legal teams. With a robust background in real estate management and both entrepreneurial and corporate sectors, Mr. Skankey previously managed a consumer products brand with annual revenues of $140 million. He then served as Director of Structured Finance at SANTE Realty Investments, overseeing operations for over 1,500 units, raising more than $50 million from accredited investors, and contributing to acquisitions exceeding $200 million. Since 2007, he has managed investment portfolios valued over $100 million as General Managing Partner of RAS Ltd and Bi-Skan Ltd, successfully doubling their size. Mr. Skankey holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, specializing in International Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a focus on Latin American markets from California State University, Fullerton. Fluent in Spanish, he is also an avid marathoner and Ironman triathlete.

Casey Skankey

Managing Partner

Casey Skankey oversees Key Street Capital's project management teams and conducts comprehensive physical due diligence for new acquisitions. With extensive experience in property management and renovation, Mr. Skankey has managed the renovation of over 800 units in the past five years, including a multi-phase project involving a 500-unit master-planned community on Spain's southern coast. He previously coordinated maintenance for more than 1,500 units in the Southeastern United States and began his career managing 650 units for Aspen Ridge Property Management in Provo, Utah, where he executed multiple renovations that effectively increased rental income. Mr. Skankey holds a Bachelor's degree in Facilities and Property Management from Brigham Young University, is fluent in Spanish, and is an enthusiastic weightlifter and triathlete.

Justin Stevens

Managing Partner

Justin Stevens leads Key Street Capital’s acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management team. With over 17 years of experience across brokerage, valuation, investment management, and private equity, he brings a broad and balanced perspective on how real estate creates enduring value through changing market cycles. His underwriting philosophy is shaped by both depth of technical analysis and real world operating experience. Justin blends institutional rigor with practical insights gained from leading acquisitions and managing assets across multiple property types and geographies. This approach ensures that each investment is evaluated with realism, discipline, and a long-term perspective. In addition to his leadership at Key Street Capital, Justin extends his expertise to select consulting engagements, advising landowners, developers, and family offices on feasibility, strategy, and structuring. This work reflects his commitment to bringing clarity and disciplined judgment to complex real estate decisions, grounded in the same principles that guide his own investments.

Carly McQuay

HR/Accounting

Carly McQuay leads the Human Resources and Accounting departments at Key Street Capital. Over the past two years, Mrs. McQuay has served as an executive secretary, sourcing contractors, hiring employees, researching policies, managing bookkeeping, coordinating with lenders on fund draw requests, and performing various tasks essential to the enhancement of Key Street Capital's managed assets. She holds certifications in bookkeeping and QuickBooks, emphasizing customer service and communication while efficiently implementing procedures to streamline operations. Mrs. McQuay earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Southern Utah University, is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and actively directs community theater productions.
