Managing Partner
Nathan Skankey leads Key Street Capital's investor relations, accounting, and legal teams. With a robust background in real estate management and both entrepreneurial and corporate sectors, Mr. Skankey previously managed a consumer products brand with annual revenues of $140 million. He then served as Director of Structured Finance at SANTE Realty Investments, overseeing operations for over 1,500 units, raising more than $50 million from accredited investors, and contributing to acquisitions exceeding $200 million. Since 2007, he has managed investment portfolios valued over $100 million as General Managing Partner of RAS Ltd and Bi-Skan Ltd, successfully doubling their size. Mr. Skankey holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, specializing in International Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a focus on Latin American markets from California State University, Fullerton. Fluent in Spanish, he is also an avid marathoner and Ironman triathlete.
Managing Partner
Casey Skankey oversees Key Street Capital's project management teams and conducts comprehensive physical due diligence for new acquisitions. With extensive experience in property management and renovation, Mr. Skankey has managed the renovation of over 800 units in the past five years, including a multi-phase project involving a 500-unit master-planned community on Spain's southern coast. He previously coordinated maintenance for more than 1,500 units in the Southeastern United States and began his career managing 650 units for Aspen Ridge Property Management in Provo, Utah, where he executed multiple renovations that effectively increased rental income. Mr. Skankey holds a Bachelor's degree in Facilities and Property Management from Brigham Young University, is fluent in Spanish, and is an enthusiastic weightlifter and triathlete.

Justin Stevens leads Key Street Capital's acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management team. With over 15 years of real estate industry experience, Mr. Stevens has adeptly navigated various market cycles. In the past decade, he has been directly involved in the acquisition, brokerage, valuation, and consulting of real estate projects totaling more than $750 million across the United States and Europe. Prior to co-founding Key Street Capital, Mr. Stevens held positions as a multifamily real estate broker, appraiser, and executive at an international real estate investment firm, where he managed acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and project and asset management. This diverse experience has honed his skills in realistic and rational acquisition underwriting. Mr. Stevens earned a degree in Finance from Eastern Kentucky University, is a licensed real estate broker in both Arizona and North Carolina, and serves as the company's licensed property manager in charge in South Carolina.
HR/Accounting
Carly McQuay leads the Human Resources and Accounting departments at Key Street Capital. Over the past two years, Mrs. McQuay has served as an executive secretary, sourcing contractors, hiring employees, researching policies, managing bookkeeping, coordinating with lenders on fund draw requests, and performing various tasks essential to the enhancement of Key Street Capital's managed assets. She holds certifications in bookkeeping and QuickBooks, emphasizing customer service and communication while efficiently implementing procedures to streamline operations. Mrs. McQuay earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Southern Utah University, is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and actively directs community theater productions.
